Wine Manager App
Overview
Wine Manager App offers custom wine storage options and great service that users can manage the wine collection they stored at the cellar. User can track the contents of their cellar, while also recording reviews and tasting notes.
Challenge
For wine lovers, not having enough storage space to store their precious wine at perfect condition can be a problem. Wine Manager App wants to provide a service to take care of the problem
Solution
Design a clear, simple and reassuring payment and storage process for the customer as well as a useful tool for them to manage their collection.

I was responsible for the direction of the entire product including: discovery and requirements gathering,brand aesthetic and UI guidelines, wireframe ,prototype and usability testing

Discovery
We started with research and competitive analysis, we learned that although there are many wine storage service around, the booking and delivering process are still quite manual and time consuming. Through our learning, we were able to identify some key user goals.

Design Approach
We performed our own research and experienced the online process of our competitors. Combined with the user persona, we used this information to build user journey maps, from which we identified a few problem areas where they might struggle or feel frustrated. These also gave us some opportunities to deliver a better experience through

One of the most important step is to figure out the delivery and payment process. We went through many iterations to figure out a better and easier flow especially for first time users.
